ABSPerpetual Business Intelligence is a digital platform which transforms the way financial institutions and investors manage their regulatory reporting obligations for mortgages. It promotes simple, transparent and comparable securitisations.
ABSPerpetual Business Intelligence leverages Perpetual’s existing data warehouse and produces aggregated reporting in order to maintain privacy in loan level data.
Using dynamic and real time data updated daily, the platform allows users to stress test their mortgage book and provides insight into how a portfolio may perform when impacted by various macro-economic factors.
Users can analyse and visualise mortgage performance metrics like arrears, loan to value ratios and mortgage loan balances in any post code across Australia, and filter by loan, borrower or property characteristics.
